Let’s reimagine culture.
Knowing who we are.
Doing work fueled by our personal motivations.
Aligned with others on a team.

Culture is complicated. Culture is defined by the organization and its people! Culture is both interpersonal experiences and hard science. It’s a mix of delight and doing. It’s something you immediately recognize when it’s around you but you can’t adequately describe it.
