Tony began as a chemical engineer for a Fortune 500 company. After the completion of his first patent, he moved into the non-profit sector with the desire to make an impact on the communities around him. Tony has given over 900 speeches and workshops to diverse audiences ranging from 10 to over 5000 people. Tony has the ability to inspire people to accomplish tangible results in their leadership and from their efforts to build effective teams.
Tony has a BS from Western Michigan University Paper Science and Technology School.
