Marcus Harwood
CEO of OND, LLC
Marcus, a Strategist, has demonstrated throughout his career the ability to see bold, game-changing opportunities others do not. In addition, he sees patterns of talent in others. Long before he invented Method Teaming and started OND in 2003, he intuitively deployed talent in unconventional ways to achieve bold ideas that generate significant value.
EXECUTIVES
Ian Mitton
Ian is an Alpha Networker. Prior to joining OND as Managing Director for Europe, he had a glowing career of 31 years with Hewlett Packard in a variety of roles spanning sales, sales management, business development, marketing and global account management. Ian’s most recent role at HP was global business development director for the Energy and Utilities Industry.
Ciaran Nagle
Ciaran is a PD Leader. He is responsible for the global marketing of Method Teaming. Ciaran has a software sales background and for many years ran his own marketing company. He is primarily focused on writing case studies, white papers and website content. He is Knowledge Certified in Method Teaming.
INSTRUCTORS
Susan Duralde
Susan is an Alpha Networker. Prior to joining OND as a consultant and instructor, she had a 12-year career with IBM as an Account Executive for major accounts. She also led the redesign of the IBM Sales School worldwide.
Jerry Glazier
Jerry has had the unique experience of working in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors as well as being a partner in multiple business ventures.
Lawrence Andre
Lawrence is a PD Leader Strategist. Prior to joining OND as a consultant and instructor, he spent 17 years in IT Consulting and 5 years in Leadership Development.
