1. Discovery
Discovery utilises the proven Method Teaming methodology to map a person’s Intellect (the way they channel their intelligence) and then reveal it to them in a 1-hour debrief. They keep a copy of the map together with a key describing all the main features.
2. Job Reality Check
The Job Reality Check will compare the employee’s Intellect map with their job description and objectives. Is there a good match?
3. New State
New State charts the way forward to ensure that the employee and their manager understand how to optimise the employee’s natural strengths. In this way they can ensure the Hi-Po employee’s talent is retained for longer within the organisation and they grow into a powerful leadership role.
