No wonder they’re not connecting with the workforce.

So now it’s your turn.

They’ve put you in charge of the power levers which drive the company culture. You’re in the leather chair behind the oak desk with all the controls in front of you. They’re labelled ‘Mutual Respect’, ‘Teamwork’ etc.

But you step away from all that remoteness. You’re not going to make the same mistakes.

You take the elevator down to the office floor and walk amongst the workers. Hundreds of eyes turn away from their screens and look at you.
